يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك من RSD في أي وقت، سواء كنت عميلًا لأحد المكاتب العقارية المشتركة أو مكتبًا مشتركًا. لا نطلب سببًا، ولا نطلب أكثر مما يلزم للتحقق من هويتك.

إن كنت عميلًا لمكتب عقاري

  1. الطريقة الأسرع: اطلب من المكتب الذي تتعامل معه حذف بياناتك. يستطيع المكتب حذف بطاقتك ومحادثاتك وطلباتك من النظام فورًا، وينتهي الأمر في الحال.
  2. أو راسلنا على info@aquity.io من رقم الهاتف أو البريد الذي تعامل به المكتب، مع ذكر اسم المكتب. نتحقق من الطلب، ونحذف بياناتك من النظام ومن نسخه الاحتياطية خلال ثلاثين يومًا على الأكثر، ونؤكد لك الحذف كتابةً.

ملاحظة: الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلى المكتب عبر واتساب تبقى على هاتف المكتب داخل تطبيق واتساب نفسه، لأن هذا خارج نظامنا. وحذفها من هناك يطلب من المكتب مباشرة.

إن كنت مكتبًا مشتركًا

  1. فصل واتساب أو إنستغرام: من إعدادات المكتب يستطيع مالك المكتب فصل الربط في أي وقت، وتُحذف مفاتيح الربط من النظام فور الفصل. وبعدها لا يستطيع RSD الوصول إلى حساب المكتب لدى Meta.
  2. حذف بيانات بعينها: يستطيع المكتب حذف أي عميل أو عرض أو طلب أو محادثة أو مستند من داخل النظام، ويُحذف فورًا.
  3. حذف بيانات المكتب كاملة: عند إنهاء الاشتراك، يراسلنا مالك المكتب على info@aquity.io من بريده المسجل في النظام. نرسل له أولًا نسخة من بياناته إن طلبها، ثم نحذف العملاء والعروض والطلبات والمعاينات والمحادثات والأرشيف ومستنداته وحسابات الفريق خلال ثلاثين يومًا، ونؤكد له ذلك كتابةً.

إن كنت ربطت حسابك على Meta بتطبيق RSD

يمكنك أيضًا إلغاء صلاحية RSD من إعدادات حسابك على فيسبوك، تحت «الأعمال المتكاملة» (Business Integrations). عند إلغائها من هناك يصلنا إشعار من Meta ونحذف مفاتيح الربط الخاصة بحسابك تلقائيًا.

ما لا يُحذف

قد نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى مما يفرضه علينا القانون، كسجلات الفوترة، للمدة التي يحددها القانون فقط، ولا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.

Data Deletion Instructions

RSD, by Aquity

You may ask for your data to be deleted from RSD at any time, whether you are a customer of a subscribed real estate office or a subscribed office. We do not ask for a reason, and we ask for nothing more than what is needed to confirm your identity.

If you are a customer of a real estate office

  1. The quickest route: ask the office you deal with to delete your data. The office can delete your contact card, conversations and requests from the system immediately.
  2. Or write to us at info@aquity.io from the phone number or email address you used with the office, naming the office. We verify the request, delete your data from the system and its backups within thirty days at most, and confirm the deletion to you in writing.

Note: messages you sent to the office over WhatsApp also remain on the office's phone inside the WhatsApp application itself, which is outside our system. Deleting them there is a request to the office directly.

If you are a subscribed office

  1. Disconnecting WhatsApp or Instagram: the office owner can disconnect either at any time in the office settings. The connection keys are deleted from the system the moment the connection is removed, after which RSD can no longer reach the office's Meta account.
  2. Deleting specific data: the office can delete any customer, offer, request, conversation or document from within the system, and it is deleted immediately.
  3. Deleting all of the office's data: when the subscription ends, the office owner writes to us at info@aquity.io from the email address registered in the system. We first send a copy of the data if requested, then delete customers, offers, requests, viewings, conversations, the archive and its documents, and team accounts within thirty days, and confirm in writing.

If you connected your Meta account to the RSD app

You may also remove RSD's access from your Facebook account settings, under Business Integrations. When you remove it there, Meta notifies us and we delete the connection keys for your account automatically.

What is not deleted

We may keep the minimum that the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, for the period the law sets and for no other purpose.
